GlenteHub is intended for users who are 17 years of age or
older. We do not knowingly collect personal information
from children under 17. If you believe a user under 17 has provided

5) Photos, face-related data, and optional automated processing
You may choose to upload or create images in GlenteHub. We do not perform facial recognition and we do not collect or use biometric identifiers (such as faceprints).
Some optional features may automatically process content you choose to upload (such as an image or text) to generate an output ("Automated Processing"). When enabled:
- User-controlled: you decide whether to upload content
- Processed on our own servers under GlenteHub Team’s control
- No third-party sharing for processing and no disclosure for third-party independent use
- Deleted after processing: content used for processing is deleted from our servers immediately after processing is completed (except as needed to deliver the result or meet legal obligations)
- Local storage by default: outputs are stored on your device by default unless you choose to share or upload them
- No training/marketing use for advertising or marketing purposes
6) How we share information
We share information only in limited cases:
- With your consent or at your direction (e.g., when you post publicly in the community)
- With service providers (processors) that process data on our behalf (e.g., infrastructure, security, analytics, customer support), under contractual safeguards and minimum-necessary access
- For legal, safety, and rights protection (to comply with law or protect users and the Service)
We do not share personal information for third-party advertising purposes.
7) International data transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
8) Security

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and improve our security over time.

- Account information: for as long as your account is active
- After account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days (unless legally required)
- Usage analytics: up to 12 months
- Support communications: up to 6 months
- Automated Processing uploads: deleted immediately after processing completes
10) Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to
access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or withdraw consent.

respond within 5 business days where feasible and required.
You can also control certain data collection in device settings (for example, location permissions).
11) Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy to the extent permitted by law.
